Sakta men s\u00e4kert mjuknar kroppen upp och min sj\u00e4l njuter, lugnet infinner sej, avslappningen, andningen, meditationen. Underbart! Nu k\u00f6r jag yoga ca 30 min varje morgon s\u00e5 fort jag g\u00e5r upp. Alla dagar. F\u00f6r det mesta k\u00f6r jag ett pass till sen p\u00e5 eftermiddagen\/kv\u00e4llen. N\u00e5gra dagar har jag k\u00f6rt ute i solen i tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rden, ljuvligt. En helg hade jag n\u00e5gra kompisar h\u00e4r som ocks\u00e5 \u00e4r yogisar, vi k\u00f6rde l\u00e5nga pass p\u00e5 verandan, fantastiskt! G\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5 l\u00e4rarledda yogapass n\u00e5n g\u00e5ng varannan vecka.<\/p>\n<p>Tips:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Appen &#8221;Vila dej i form&#8221; med Magdalena Mecweld.
