Idag k\u00f6rde vi ig\u00e5ng med tr\u00e4ning ocks\u00e5. Ett av barnen vill b\u00f6rja g\u00e5 och simma och det andra vill g\u00e5 p\u00e5 gym. S\u00e5 vi kompromissar och g\u00e5r varannan g\u00e5ng. Idag var vi p\u00e5 intro p\u00e5 gymmet med PT och p\u00e5 onsdag blir det simning. N\u00e4r jag och ena sonen \u00e4r p\u00e5 gym varannan g\u00e5ng s\u00e5 simmar han som inte gillade gymmet. Blir perfekt! Jag gillar ju b\u00e5da delarna. \ud83d\ude42 Men oj vad otr\u00e4nad man \u00e4r. Jag hade ju en period n\u00e4r jag tr\u00e4nade<strong> varje dag<\/strong>. Jag gjorde 200 situps p\u00e5 raken och 100 armh\u00e4vningar p\u00e5 raken. Det var d\u00e5 det \ud83d\ude09 Nu orkar man ingenting. Men man k\u00e4nner sej ju iaf hemma i milj\u00f6n. Bra om jag kan komma ig\u00e5ng lite ocks\u00e5. Men ska inte ha n\u00e5gra h\u00f6ga m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttningar, det \u00e4r d\u00f6mt att misslyckas just nu. Fokuserar p\u00e5 vad barnen vill och h\u00e4nger bara med, det f\u00e5r r\u00e4cka just nu.
